Additional tips here include limiting the amount of humidity you introduce into your household. Things like having multiple hot showers and drying laundry indoors are actions that introduce humidity and therefore contribute to molds. You can also try grilling food outside as well.

While ventilation is generally a good thing and introduces many positive benefits, it is also important to remember that the air that comes from outside also has some pollutants. This could include things like dust, pollen, and many other particles.
