Shipping Policy

We have the following standard Shipping Policy on all items except where mentioned in the product description area.

  • Standard Logo Products: If in stock, these will ship within 3–5 business days and typically arrive shortly thereafter.
  • Custom Logo Orders: These will ship approximately 30 days after the logo has been confirmed. Transit time can take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks, so total delivery time is estimated at 45–60 days from logo confirmation.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our policy allows returns within 30 days from the time your order arrives at its destination.

Returns are only accepted for standard logo products. If your order doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or simply isn’t what you wanted, you may send it back. Just place the item in its original packaging and use the included return shipping label—there’s no cost to you.

Please note: Custom logo orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
