WILL YOUR PRODUCTS ACTUALLY MAKE ME COOLER?

Yes. 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? 

Shipping is FREE on all orders (awesome, right?).

 

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU TRADE IN? 

We trade in the US Dollar.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

 

We have the following standard Shipping Policy on all items except where mentioned in the product description area

Items are typically shipped out within 3 to 5 days and arrive a few days later. Custom orders are shipped out within 25 to 30 days after the logo has been approved and will arrive after a week later.

Deliveries are limited within the continental US not including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to Military APO/FPO and PO Boxes.

Items may be shipped directly from our warehouse or our suppliers to get to you quickly.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? 

 

We can provide International Shipping on a few items. Expedited Deliveries are available on most items for additional fees. For Expedited Deliveries and International Shipping, please contact us before you place your order.

  

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER? 

 

Please contact us and we will do our absolute best to resolve the issue! 

Please note we cannot be held responsible for items undelivered due to an incorrect address being entered or the post office/courier not being contacted when you have received a notice of non- delivery.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

Tiger Effects cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.

You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

HOW DO I PAY? 

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? 

Our Policy is 30 Days Return from when the item arrives at the destination.

If our shoe covers don't fit, (please check our measurement guide) or not what you expect them to be, please feel free to send it back to us. We included a return shipping label so it won't cost you anything.

 

FAULTY GOODS 

If you receive faulty goods, please contact us at ADMIN@TIGEREFFECTS.COM and we will take care of the matter ASAP!

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? 

Items being returned should be in original packaging that they were shipped in and in the condition it arrived in.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
